Here is what you need to say when you get the sales department on the phone:

2. How do I get a list of your scratch and dent deals?

They denote their cheap used laptops as scratch and dent laptops.  These are laptops that have some sort of blemish or cosmetic defect that they do not want to refurbish.  It can be as simple as a cracked bezel or missing plastics.  If you are looking for the cheap used laptops this is one way to get the best deals.  They are usually discounted 50% off retail.
